YOUR SPECIAL DAY AT WINDFALL... Windfall Farms, with its multiple venues, can accommodate wedding parties as small as a few close family members and friends up to parties of 500. We can offer a variety of spaces and structures that can accommodate any hosts’ vision whether large or small, formal or casual, indoors or out.  

Stallion Barn: The Stallion Barn is an 11,250 square foot brick barn with copper spires, 16 iron and copper framed stalls, surrounded by fenced pastures, green sprawling lawns and majestic rolling hills. Panoramic views provide a seductive backdrop for indoor and outdoor wedding celebrations. The massive ornately designed structure combined with the majestic landscape creates the perfect setting. An easy transition form an outdoor wedding ceremony to an elegant sit down dinner for up to 250 people while enjoying a champagne or wine tasting reception in the Breeding Stall Bar furnished with reclaimed fence wood bistro tables, bar and stage. Rentals include 16 banquet tables, bar tables and chairs in the Breeding Stall Bar, 2 prep kitchens, open kitchen area next to bar, 2 restrooms and a stage. Windfall Farms representative on site, the day of the wedding, parking and security and a trash dumpster. The property is available for the rehearsal (day before event) and for engagement photographs.  

Yearling Barn: The Yearling Barn is a 6,400 square foot barn surrounding a 5,000 square foot grass courtyard. It includes a grass event area on the west end, 28 stalls with steel gates, an overhead hay loft and rest rooms. The grass courtyard areas provide an excellent space for outdoor events and can easily accommodate a larger outdoor wedding. Sitting atop a rolling hill with panoramic views of vineyards and agrarian fields, the Yearling Barn is the ultimate romantic California Central Coast outdoor wedding venue. Venue includes Windfall Farms representative on site the day of the wedding parking, security, two restrooms and trash dumpster. The property is available for the rehearsal (day before event) and for engagement photographs.  

Foaling Barn: The Foaling Barn is a 12,000 square foot brick structure surrounding a 5,000 square foot grass courtyard. It includes a separate observation room with 12 stalls with individual exterior access. Venue includes Windfall Farms representative on site the day of the wedding parking, security, two restrooms and trash dumpster. The property is available for the rehearsal (day before event) and for engagement photographs.  

Training Barn: The Training Barn is a 15,400 square foot brick structure elevated above the race track. It includes 40 individual stalls, an overhead hay loft and second story observation room with a kitchen, 4 restrooms and meeting area overlooking the race track. Venue includes Windfall Farms representative on site the day of the wedding parking, security, two restrooms and trash dumpster. The property is available for the rehearsal (day before event) and for engagement photographs.  

Lodging and Amenities at Windfall Farms  

Owners Residence: A 10,000 square foot residence offering 4 suites with California King beds and private bathrooms – sleeps up to 8 people or 4 couples, upstairs living area, coffee bar, wireless Internet, flat screen TV (upstairs living area and downstairs dining/kitchen area) with DIRECTV, massage room, small gym, full gourmet kitchen, outdoor patio with fire table and outdoor grill and kitchen, full amenity access, includes linens and one cleaning service.  

Ranch House: A 2,000 square foot house offering 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms (One California King bed in Master bedroom with private bath, 1 Queen in other large bedroom with private bath, 1 Queen in bedroom with shared bathroom, 2 Queens in bedroom with shared bath) – sleeps up to 10 people or 5 couples, living area with DIRECTV, small dining area, full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, includes linens and one cleaning service. Additional Services: Cleaning, catering, hay tours, horseback riding, driving service, spa and massage treatments, hot air balloon ride, set up and tear down services are available upon request.
